This document constitutes a Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and is a legally binding contract between:
DOBRAW DMCC, a company registered and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Cluster L, Preatoni Tower, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Top Vegan”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”),
and

Any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Customer” or “you”) who accesses, uses, or places an order on the website https://topvegan.ae.


1. Acceptance of the Agreement
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website, browsing content, placing an order, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services
2.1. The Website offers Users the ability to purchase plant-based, vegan food products and meals for delivery or pickup, as described on the Website.
2.2. All product details, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Images are for illustrative purposes only.


3. User Obligations
By using our Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout;
• Use the Website in compliance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates;
• Not interfere with or disrupt Website functionality or security;

4. Orders and Payment
4.1. Orders may be placed through the Website. After order placement and payment confirmation, the User will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

All prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery and Returns
5.1. Delivery is available within eligible areas of Dubai and the UAE as indicated on the Website. Estimated delivery time will be provided upon checkout.
5.2. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the following cases:

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes or claims arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
